Air Popped Popcorn

Air-popped popcorn is my ultimate favorite snack! I eat this almost everyday0– and I have been since college! When I found my mom’s old popcorn machine during my college days, this became my go-to study snack. I became famous for popcorn among my college friends– and this fame continued into my years traveling to Haiti. I used to make huge, huge, HUGE, bowls of popcorn for all the kiddos at the orphanage I used to volunteer at. They loved it too!! It was so fun to be able to share my love of popcorn with those kiddos.

Ingredients
  1. ~½ cup organic popcorn seeds
  2. ½ tbsp of olive oil
  3. pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Fill the popcorn machine measuring cup full of seeds and pop the popcorn according to the directions of your air-popped popcorn machine.
  2. Once the popcorn is complete, toss a ½ tbsp of olive oil on the popcorn with a few dashes of salt, and shake the bowl to help coat all the popcorn.
  3. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. You can try adding fun seasonings to your popcorn, such as garlic + dill, nutritional yeast, chili powder + nutritional yeast.
