Dried Blueberries and Pistachios

Healthy eating while traveling can be difficult for some people. I always pack healthy snacks with me, especially if I know I won’t have access to healthy food or it’s going to be a long day. One snack that my mom often brings on our trips to Haiti is a big bag of dried blueberries and pistachios. It makes a really sweet and savory snack for days when we don’t have time for lunch and need a healthy, balanced meal.

Dried Blueberries and Pistachios

  1. ¼ cup mix of unshelled pistachios
  2. ¼ cup dried blueberries (*look for no added sugar)
  1. Mix together and enjoy!
