Blueberry Basil Smoothie Bowl

Naturally sweet and refreshing are two words to describe this delicious Blueberry Basil Smoothie Bowl. The basil leaves a refreshing, almost mint-like after taste to this smoothie.

Ingredients

cup
fresh basil leaves
1 ¼ - 1½
cups
unsweetened soymilk (or dairy-free milk of choice)

cups
sliced frozen banana
2
cups
frozen blueberries
Instructions
Blend the basil and 1 cup soymilk together until the basil is chopped fine.
Add the banana and the blueberries. If needed, add an additional ¼ cup of soymilk at a time until the mixture is smooth.
Serve up and top with any additional toppings of choice (nuts, seeds, more fruit). Enjoy!
