Find something you love and go do it! Physical activity is moving your body— swimming, running, biking, dancing, skating, walking, kick-boxing, hiking, gymnastics, yoga, playing soccer/ basketball/ hockey/ baseball… even playing at the park… whatever you are able to do and enjoy doing, do it. We all have different skills, abilities, and passions when it comes to physical activity!! Exercise doesn’t have to be boring– it can be something weaved into your daily life. Go for walks with friends, skating on a pond, rollerblading around the lake, or hiking up a mountain. Physical fitness can provide many internal benefits– increasing energy and mood, working muscles and joint, circulating oxygen throughout the body…. the list goes on.
